The shape of the discs has been designed internally by our Research and Development department to ensure high quality seeding. The furrowing disc, with a diameter of 420 mm, allows the formation of a narrow and deep "V" furrow in all field conditions. The "fork" shape of the seed covering teeth is optimal for uniform furrow coverage both in tough soil conditions and in the presence of crop residue.
Versatility: The wide range of seeding discs offers different solutions to ensure maximum seeding uniformity regardless of the shape, type and size of the seeds. The flaring allows optimal seed adhesion and perfect hole cleaning, for maximum deposition quality.
Performance: CHRONO is the new technology for high-speed precision seeding. The body and distributor cover are made of high-strength aluminum, and the bell minimizes friction of the seeding disc, which is made of a new plastic material.
Spare parts for green maintenance
The maces and knives are equipped with self-sharpening cutting edges made of boron steel, and thanks to the forging and processing of the steel, a long life is guaranteed even in the most difficult conditions.
Versatility: Offers different types and sizes of tools depending on the use: mowing grass and lawns, shredding brushwood and shrubs or managing crop residue and pruning. By choosing the most suitable tool, uniformity of cut and the correct fineness of the shredded material are guaranteed.
Performance: The bearings with "barrel" ring nut allow to support heavy loads ensuring high stability. The rotor supports are made of hot-stamped steel and are mounted inside the side to protect the bearings, making the shredder much more robust. Pins and bushings, ground in hardened steel, have been designed to ensure greater resistance to wear over time.
Spare parts for soil tillage
Hoes, knives, tips, ploughshares and chisels are forged and treated to ensure high wear resistance. The special TUNGSTEN treatment is able to significantly extend the useful life of the tools. The new WIDIA tips guarantee increased wear resistance as well as better adaptability to sandy, abrasive or residue-rich soils.
Versatility: The hoes and knives are available with different thicknesses and lengths, allowing working in all soil conditions. QUICK - FIT is a quick release system for hoes, knives and tips. The specific coupling geometry of the components simplifies and speeds up replacement operations. The special ON - GRIP knife has been developed to refine the seedbed in unworked soil and in the presence of residue: its structure prevents the formation of tillage soles and surface crusts.
Performance: CThe knife supports are forged and subjected to a special toothing process that guarantees maximum resistance and a perfect coupling of the gear. The bearings have been designed to guarantee stability of the equipment and to resist the heaviest loads. The supports and plates are bolted to the plough frame ensuring resistance, reliability and stability of work even when subjected to high tensions.
Spare parts for fertilization
Each fertilizer spreader disc is obtained by molding to guarantee a uniform surface. The blades are made of stainless steel: this guarantees resistance to the abrasive action of the fertilizer for greater durability and efficiency over time. The bottom of the hopper and all the adjustment parts are made of stainless steel to resist corrosion.
Versatility: Versatile spreading is possible thanks to the availability of two discs, one for working widths from 12 to 21 metres and one from 21 to 36 metres. Furthermore, the quick release system allows for simple and fast disc replacement.
Performance: The spreading control can be adjusted both manually and electrically. The shape of the shutter and all its components guarantee constant distribution in all dosing conditions. Spare parts for crop protection
Diaphragm-piston pumps are available in anodized aluminum or brass. The DESMOPAN diaphragm is flexible and elastic to ensure high resistance to most of the plant protection products and fertilizers used. The valves and filters are easily accessible making regular maintenance possible and extending the life of all components.
Versatility: The wide range of nozzles available in different sizes for each type of treatment guarantees correct distribution of the product. The nozzles made of ceramic offer excellent resistance to abrasion. The TREEJET system, which allows you to apply 3 nozzles to the same distributor, makes it easy and quick to switch from one nozzle to another to always obtain a correct configuration.
Performance: The circuit washing system is equipped with internal rotating parts in the tank that optimize the cleaning of the machine. The SELETRON system allows the electronic management of the single nozzle to always guarantee maximum precision, avoid overlaps and optimize the use of the product. The mesh structure of the filters reduces possible obstructions of the nozzles.
